WEEK OF MARCH 11, 2019 - We are riding towards a smile this week so come on down and lose that frown! - Mitch - your Spin Instructor!  (PS if you like the class -let me know - by clicking on the spin back icon either above or below and let me know- spdeej!)

Mitchell Kossoff has been teaching Spinning classes in the New York City Metropolitan area since 2001. Mitch decided to pursue his passion for Spinning professionally in order to deliver a unique blend of music, exercise and community to the city’s Spinning scene. Mitch is a certified Johnny G instructor and regularly attends the Annual World Spinning Conference in Miami to keep fully abreast of the latest developments and techniques.

Mitch’s approach to his classes is to encourage his students to “dance on the bike”. It is because of this philosophy that he creates his own “spin mixes” each week. Spin aficionados throughout New York have come to relish the eclectic music that makes a 45 minute ride seem like a night at a dance club.

If you have attended any classes and have feedback about your experience - please refer to the "SpinBack" section of this website. "SpinBack" links are at the the top and bottom of any page you are visiting within this website.

If you would like to contact Mitch directly with any questions or comments - he may be reached via text message at 917-863-5725
